HALO / OCT 2026

Halo · Design partnership proposal

Know the vehicle at every handover.

Capture once at handover. Capture again at return. Give every reviewer a clear record of the vehicle’s condition.

01 · Proposed pilot

One location. One handover process.

Start with one passenger-vehicle group and a repeatable capture process.

Halo tracks the phone’s position around the vehicle and guides each shot. Allow about five feet of clearance. Exterior capture takes about 90 seconds; interior and detail photos are additional.

01

Handover

Capture a dated record before the vehicle leaves.

02

Return

Capture again. A reviewer compares the photos.

03

Follow-up

Keep questions and supporting photos with the vehicle.

02 · TwinDocs · Planned Q1 2027

Point to the panel. Keep the conversation.

Today, the VIN connects source captures, finished views and delivery status. Halo checks finished listing images, preserves visible features and condition, and requests retakes when needed.

Halo Twin will connect the original images to a vehicle and supported 3D views. TwinDocs lets reviewers mark a panel, ask a question and attach the reply.

The shared-review preview is working; production release is in development.

Planned VIN-based versioning will add each repeat capture as a new version of the same twin, so teams can compare condition over time and track reconditioning progress.

03 · Where it could help

From driver change to lease return.

Use cases to test with the design partner.

01

Fleet

Record driver and location handovers.

02

Short-term rental

Review checkout and return photos together.

03

Leasing

Flag questions before collection and keep the review history.

04 · Commercial vehicles

Your vehicles help train what comes next.

Compass capture is trained across all passenger vehicle types. Commercial vehicles, including last-mile delivery vans, come next.

A design partner provides vehicle access for data collection. Halo trains and tests each vehicle class before releasing support.

Commercial timing depends on that work, separately from the planned Q1 2027 Twin release.

05 · Later

A record that serves the next job.

A generated twin could configure Halo Compass to guide users through tire tread, the full interior, under the hood and cargo areas. Each capture would enrich the same twin. This is planned development.

TwinDocs could also support direct remarketing: give the original driver or the fleet’s own buyer network one link to review the vehicle, compare condition and reconditioning history, and ask questions against the same visual record.

06 · Working together

Shape Halo around your operation.

Help define the capture and review workflow for your handovers, returns and remarketing process. Test it on your vehicles and give direct feedback on what your team needs.

You provide an operating lead and vehicle access. Halo sets up the trial, supports your users and reviews the results with you. Agree scope, data access and commercial terms before starting.
